Antoinette has two simple goals: share Peru's bold flavors, and build a company that supports small-scale farmers.

Peruvian farmers grow the ají and rocoto peppers this sauce is made from. They are among the poorest in the country, and most lack access to even basic agricultural technology. Every purchase funds technology and training to improve crop yields and living standards in those communities.
