TESTIMONY
Everyday sauce!
I love both the Rocoto and Aji sauces. Lightly spicy, so many people will find these sauces acceptable. I use them on sandwiches and with meat entrees. Aji sauce contains onions, so if you hate onions, you might not like that sauce. They're finely chopped, but onions nevertheless.
So glad to see both varieties back in stock on Amazon. Sriracha shortage? Who cares.

This Ají Amarillo Sauce is out of this world! The right amount of spiciness and not so hot that it will burn your lips. It is the perfect condiment for anything you can think of but, especially, for French fries! I simply love it!
